Blackwell Insurance is a Florida independent insurance agency that was founded by Johnson Whilden Blackwell, Jr. in Panama City, Florida in 1972. Since that time Blackwell Insurance has exceeded customer expectations by creating custom insurance solutions to fit the individual needs of condominium unit owners and condominium associations throughout the state of Florida.
